About Custom Orders
For requests concerning custom orders, please write a detailed description of the item including size, color, style and specifics. You will receive an e-mail with a quote within 24 hours.
Information on Classes, etc.
Group Chainsaw Carving Classes $75 per person
3-7 students per class. Students bring their own saw and safety equipment. Eye, ear and leg protection required. Students will be instructed on basic chainsaw operation and safety BUT are solely responsible for their own actions. Students must have experience operating a gas power chainsaw. Classes run approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Carving Demonstrations $125 per carving session
Demonstrations are free to non-profit organizations, events promoting education, providing for a charity or for a community improvement purpose.
Carving demonstrations are generally last 1 hour and consist of bears 3 1/2 feet tall. Carving and grinding details are finished and then the item is either auctioned or donated to raise money for the specific cause. For carvings other than bears, please fill out the request form.
Tile Making, Doll Making, Polymer Sculpting Classes $32 per person
All necessary materials will be provided for each class. Classes run approximately 2 hours and require a minimum booking of 5 students. Information on the tiles, dolls and general sculpting will be provided soon on this website.
At Home Tool Parties $38 per person
This class runs approximately 2 hours and requires a minimum booking of 5 students. The intention is to educate individuals in basic tool use and home up-keep. Students will learn how to use such tools as a miter saw, jig saw, sander, brad gun and drill. Topics in the beginner class will include minor home repair, furniture repair, exterior home maintenance and repair where power tools are involved. An intermediate class will be available to those students who have completed the beginner class and related topics will discussed in literature provided. All organic catering along with tea will be provided at no extra cost.
Free classes will be provided to women's shelters and related organizations. A donation from each class will be made to the National Breast Cancer Coalition.
